    •  ALL WEEK CLASS(ES): I UNDERSTAND and choose the option to take all five modules/days within one month. I do not plan to miss any of my classes. If I can't attend one or more modules, I must call the office to make arrangements to reschedule missed classes. Date choices must be made for All 5 modules before submitting. Payment in full will be due the Thursday before the first class.
