I understand that I am not scheduled for tutoring until I have received a confirmation email stating a time has been reserved and payment has been processed. This email will arrive after the tutor has confirmed an available time and has processed my application & credit card. This could take up to 2 business days to complete.
If I do not receive email confirmation within 2 business days, it is my responsibility to make contact via phone or email to confirm the application has been received. I also agree to read the policies for the tutoring in which I am registering. The office is not open on weekends.
