For Paper Applications:
After clicking a (Paper Application) link below and displaying the application,
Right-click the application, then choose Save As and save to a location on your computer.
Open the PDF and use text tool to enter information; then Print. Either mail or fax the application to us — or — simply open the PDF and Print; Write in with pen, then mail or fax it to us.
We will send you email confirmation once we have received your application and you have been enrolled into the class.
