Carol joined our teaching staff in 2005. She has a background in financing and is experienced in both mortgage loan origination and underwriting. She is licensed with Wyatt Company as a broker and helps students who need additional instruction. She has edited the seventh through the thirteenth editions of the textbook AWARE inSouth Carolina. Carol has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communication from Bob Jones University and brings a dramatic flair to the classroom.
Robert J. Romeiser, Jr.
Robbie Romeiser, Jr. · BA, RCA
Robbie has been licensed since 2004. He has a BA from Oglethorpe University in political studies. He maintains membership in the Association of REALTORS®, the REALTOR Commercial Alliance and the SC Chapter of CCIM. Robbie has experience in the commercial sector in Spartanburg and serves as Broker-in-charge of Spender Hines Properties. He joined our teaching staff in 2008.
Lauren K. Briles
Lauren K. Briles · BA, GRI, ASR
Lauren has a SC real estate broker-in-charge license and has served on the board of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®. She obtained a BA degree from Furman University in communication. Lauren began her real estate career in 2004 and opened her own brokerage company in 2007. Lauren joined our teaching staff in 2011.
